What data we collect and why

We only process the data you give us, for the purpose you give it:

• Bookings: name, phone, email, party size and notes, to manage your table (performance of your request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Delivery and takeaway orders: name, contact details and delivery address, to prepare and deliver your order (Art. 6.1.b).
• Events: name and contact details, to manage places and entry (Art. 6.1.b).
• Lievito Club: name, contact details and points, to run the loyalty programme (Art. 6.1.b).
• Newsletter: email and optionally your name, only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6.1.a).
• Contact form messages: to reply to you (Art. 6.1.b).

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's systems and never reach us: we only receive the payment result and the last digits of the card.

How long we keep it

We keep booking, order and event data for 24 months, unless tax rules require longer. Lievito Club data is kept while you are a member. Your newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

With the suppliers who help us run the website and services (hosting, email delivery, payments), appointed as data processors. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or port your data by writing to ciao@atonbox.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
